My Story: From Mad at God to Sold Out for Him

I wasn’t born with this fire.

I was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island.
I’ve got grit, street smarts — and for a long time — a heart that was hardened toward God.

My Father, Daniel, died when I was 8.

Thanksgiving Day. He was only 42.
My mom was left with six kids, ages 3 to 18.

We grew up on social services and heartbreak.

At 16, I lost my brother Danny — my best friend.

That was it for me.
I was mad at God for years.

I chased success instead. Ten years in trucking. Twenty-five years in mortgages - eleven of those as a CEO.
